Duff Egan Fantastic sound world within, really happy to have found this, deep historical drones that fits the first spring like evening of the year in a perfect way. Looking forward to the next one. Favorite track: Tholoi, C.

In.Visible.Generator Just some drones? No, they are at a pure level of art. Straight like a sandy wind. Eroding stone to dust, leaving only some artifacts of an ancient culture.

Reconstructing this past is at the listener´s own. A massive example of the telling nature of drone music. Favorite track: Tholoi, B.

"... clay figurines, seal pendants, spindle whorls, amulets in limestone and shell, and small beads of copper ..."

"... the heads are merely pinched out of the clay ..."

"... a highly conventionalized torso shaped like a violin was found ..."

"... a few survived the catastrophe and became shapeless ..."

"... a cylindrical body, a splayed base with the division between the legs marked by incision and wing-like arms ..."

"... their magico-religious cultus having hardly changed in these thousands of years ..."

Lunar drones for the sepulchral mounds of Tepe Gawra, an ancient Mesopotamian settlement located in modern-day Iraq. The ‘tholoi’ of the Halaf culture, like the beehive tombs in the Aegean, are thought to have been used for ritual purposes. According to the artist, “each tholoi recording is a passageway”, like the entrance to the circular stone structure’s inner chamber.
